ws5.1 cocoon2.1.6

Hi,
So I was cruising along with cocoon on websphere, when I came crashing
down.  We have deployed it on 2 servers now.  The first one worked
fine.  Now, this next one is erroring when it tries to use flow. 
Unfortunatly, I can no longer access the first server that it worked
on.  I've googled and found a few similar situations, but trying their
solutions offered no good luck.  Does anyone know what might be going
on here?  This is the output I am getting when trying to access the
page:

Error 500: org.mozilla.javascript.NativeJavaPackage.<init>(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/ClassLoader;)V
