504 Gateway Timeout

Hi,

I am getting a HTTP Error
Status: 504 Gateway Time-Out
Description: Unable to connect to orgin Web server.

This is occuring at different times at random.
Can anyone help me out here???

A little more information, please?

Where is this machine?  Which machine is generating the error?
What type of network connection exists between them? 
How is this configured?
