Mac error report on OO crash

I am not even sure which key combination I pressed ... but it happened. After
seem time I decided to kill OO. The Mac error report is appended.

Crash must have multiple causes.

Your version is obsolete, try with our lastest 4.1.1
Remember that your AOO profile must be reset before installing the new version.

If your problem continue, feel free to reopen this report and give us your
MacOS version.
