The current implementation of {{BoneCPConnectionProvider}} only allows to configure {{partitionCount}}, {{maxConnectionsPerPartition}} and {{minConnectionsPerPartition}}. In order to make  {{BoneCPConnectionProvider}} more flexible to use, it should allow to set all possible configuration options allowed by {{com.jolbox.bonecp.BoneCPConfig}}
