Encrypt and then sign SAML token

Hello,

I would like to use Rampart and then WS-policy to specify that a SAML 
supporting token which has to be encrypted first and then signed is 
required:
should I use SignedEncryptedSupportingTokens assertion together with 
EncryptBeforeSigning protection order? Is this correct?
