Hadoop deployment

Hi all,

For improving Hadoop deployment, there is a prototype design to
improve deployment of Hadoop cluster. HMS (Hadoop management system)
is design to manage the entire life cycle of a Hadoop cluster. The
function includes create/upgrade/delete/monitoring of hadoop cluster.
Since hadoop is a large complex system, it seems more logical to put
HMS in Hadoop contribute project for strengthen integration with
Hadoop stack software. Some developers have shown disagreement that
this should be part of Hadoop. This thread is to collect feedback
from Hadoop developers whether HMS should be a contribute project or
incubator project. Thanks

regards,
Eric
