Question: Should we keep the JIRA issue numbers in the specification revision history? Answer: keep the numbers for now unless someone objects. And reorder the items by chapter instead of by JIRA issue number.
AI Michael: open a JIRA to publish the specification for 3.2. JDO-795
AI Michael: update the specification Chapter 14 for JDO-650
AI Michael: update the specification Appendix F for changes in 3.1 and 3.2.
