Nothing to do with Mailman, because all the apache.org mailing lists
are run by ezmlm.

I am not sure who is the list manager (owner) of
pluto-(user|dev) @jakarta.apache.org, however, I will post to
pluto-(user|dev)-owner @jakarta.apache.org

Known "feature" of mailman - as long as no posts ever have been made,
they're not there. Send a mail!

Minor, but thought I would let you know: Something must be wrong with the
archives linked from http://jakarta.apache.org/site/mail2.html#Pluto, the
http://www.mail-archive.com/pluto-user@jakarta.apache.org/ and
http://www.mail-archive.com/pluto-dev@jakarta.apache.org/ are 404.
