Flume User Guide is missing these props (along with a description of what they do) that are present in the SpoolDirectorySource source file:

ignorePattern (default "^$")
metaDir (default ".flumespool")
deserializer (default "LINE")
deserializer.outputCharset (default "UTF-8")
deserializer.maxLineLength (default "2048")
