Using WSS4J outside AXIS

Is it possible to use WSS4J with a non AXIS web services framework?
Are there any technical or legal issues ?

Dinesh,

In WSS4J there is a JAX-RPC security handler (WSS4JHandler) available
which is not dependant on Axis. Thus you should be able to use it
outside of Axis.
