For this kind of cases, please provide us the fineract log to get more details

In my experience this first or initial setup sometimes the database setup is not done in a right way the fineract can not work properly

If you have some knowledge on docker, you can try this repo that uses docker images created for Mifos and Fineract to run Mifos solution in a more easy way
