I need the ability to set the flags. For example, I used to be able to set the ACC_PUBLIC flag. How is this supposed to be done now?
You say its not used - but you have no way of knowing what your clients are doing. The basic tenet of BCEL must be the ability of a client to read and/or write any piece of information that is in a class file.
