Publishing Whiteboard Plugins

I see we have touched a bit about being careful with working in whiteboard.

I committed a few changes the other day updating the dispatcher docs and
glossary. Since then a site publish has been done, these docs have not been
updated. I see on the site the procedure for publishing plugins, but what
about publishing Whiteboard Plugins, same procedure or ...
