For Manual Installs, allow all special characters except   *\  `  '  "*  (Ranger setup scripts should not restrict any other special characters to be entered while installation)
||Type of Passwords||Source || Changes in Components ||
|DB |Mysql,Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL, SqlAnywhere, Azure|Ranger Admin, Ranger KMS |
|LDAP / AD  |Passwords that gets saved in credential files for LDAP / AD settings|Ranger Usersync|
If database doesn't support any special character, let it throw exception.
