   When one click on the help tool tip for field: `Max DNS Answers` the link for ATS documentation opens in the same tab instead oof a new one. 
   If one was creating a DS and clicks on this link, user would lose all the input for the said DS and have to re-start the whole process.

   Go to creation of DS for a content-type (eg: HTTP) and find the field `Max DNS Answers` in Router Configuration Settings.
   Click on the tool tip link and notice how the link opens on the same page and not in a new tab.
