installation info missing in install.html and install.pdf

Hi!

The installation information in pdf and html only contains
the title and lacks further content.

I have checked ws.apache.org/axis/java/
File                last modified                size
install.html     15-Oct-2003  22:42        7.8K
install.pdf       15-Oct-2003  22:42        1.4K  

Where can I find the current installation (documentation) files.
