GEODE-7204: Add changes to AEQ documentation for 'pause-event-processing' functionality (#4053)

        * Added documentation for the "pause-event-processing" attribute
        * Added documentation for resume async-event-queue-dispatcher command
        * Updated gfsh and cache.xml references for AEQ commands
