Our docs build timed out after 45 mins, I haven't dug deep yet on why it is taking this long to build docs. But temporarily bumping the timeout period-

I think that was some temporary problem with getting inventories downloaded (I saw my PR failing too but with just "failed" docs build). Doc build is relatively quick now.
