Hi,

We were using Jira API to generate Apache CloudStack Release-Notes to get issues lists. earlier this summer I've used URL like this one: 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/rest/api/2/filter/12329271
from which we were able to collect list of issues. 
I've retried our script like last week and it seams that the API behaviour of Jira change somewhere this summer, could it be possible? 

If I use the filter 12329271 from the JIRA webui it provide a non empty list of issues, but zero issues from the API.

I'm wondering if you have some ideas.
