    Documentation for developing Mynewt Applications with  Visual Studio Code 

    Documentation on how to setup and configure visual studio code to develop mynewt applications.  Please do not merge yet.  Need to discuss a few things on setting the bash path. 

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/cwanda/incubator-mynewt-site ide

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-mynewt-site/pull/184.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
