[DS] New SCR Release?

Hi,

what are the plans for a new SCR release, 1.8.2 - we tried to use 1.8.0 but
especially FELIX-4309 is hurting us a lot (switched to internal build using
latest trunk)?

I think we should cut a release before we start implementing RFC 190 stuff.

I'll see if I can push out a release candidate today.  I have a strong need for the minimum cardinality feature which I was thinking about even before it got proposed for the spec.

Hopefully everyone is OK with 1.8.2 not fixing https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-4396  
[DS] for factory components, configuration changes should affect existing instances

which would be a pretty big change in behavior even though we currently don't follow the spec.

Also I'd like to wait to fix https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-4022
[DS] Deleting a configuration is supposed to deactivate the component unconditionally
