mathml extension

I have created a simple extension that will render mathml data using 
jEuclid (on the dev branch).

Although jEuclid does not appear to be actively maintained at the moment 
it looks like it is the best option.
Does anyone know of any better mathml -> svg libraries?

Since it is only a few files I will commit this shortly and if a better 
library is found we can change to use that.
