timeout fetching result from node

Recently started seeing lots of warning messages in the solr console log for one of our QA solr clouds
Timeout when fetching result from node ae1a-ecomqa-msc04:8983_solr

We are using Solr 7.7.2 on Centos OS with a 31g heap and  RAM size of 64g

What could be causing this?

There are a lot of Tlog files in that collection as well. I thought that a commit would remove the older tlog files. This is our only collection that has the tlog replica type
