mvn plugins

Hi,

just updated our plugins to use annotations (if you can test ;))

wonder about spi plugin and dd plugin, do we drop then? one was to generate
scan.xml (pretty useless since we can configure packages) and the other to
merge descriptors (JEE5 to JEE6 migration)
