[Merlin] new tutorial - block composition

A new tutorial is up on the Merlin documentation dealing with the 
dynamic composition using blocks.

Features that the tutorial demonstrates:

  1. the creation of a component with zero Java code
  2. auto assembly of containers based on the dependencies
     and services provided by containers
  3. separation of the notions of services and implementation
     (where the implementation is a component model and the
     services are services that are explicitly published by
     a container)
