[jira] [Created] (YUNIKORN-1466) Track dynamic preemption priority for queues
Craig Condit created YUNIKORN-1466:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Track dynamic preemption priority for queues
Key: YUNIKORN-1466
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-1466
Project: Apache YuniKorn
Issue Type: Sub-task
Components: core - scheduler
Reporter: Craig Condit
To support efficient victim selection for preemption, we should track the lowest (effective) priority of applications in a queue, similar to how we track the highest priority for asks. This will allow us to efficiently prune the list of candidate queues for preemption.
