Q: Xercex C++ 2.0?
We are using Xerces in both C++ and Java version.
Is there an project to create a Xerces C++ 2.0 in the same way as the Java
version?
Remeber seeing something about it here, and can't find anything at the
apache web site.
Best

Posted by Tinny Ng <tn...@ca.ibm.com>.
Current version of Xerces-C++ is 1.7. We plan to have Xerces-C++ 2.0
within the next month. But this is not equivalent to the Java version.
Xerces-C++ and Xerces-J have different architecture and different
implementation. The version number may co-incidently match, but they are
not equivalent.
Please check http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/index.html or subscribe to
Xerces-C++ mailing list xerces-c-dev@xml.apache.org for details.
