   @ramya-n-s Sorry I have not had a chance to look at this yet this week has really gotten away from me.  First glance it looks good, but I want to test it locally first, which I should be able to do tomorrow or this weekend.
   
   The build time is not too bad ~20min on the runner.  I might submit a follow on PR to publish that intermediate layer as well to let people pull that and avoid rebuilding it.
