JobManager, lines 2042 and consecutive:

When the execution retry delay config value is wrong, the exception refers to the ask timeout.

When the ask timeout is wrong (and no exec delay is configured), the exec delay is reported as wrong.

Without looking at the code, it is impossible to figure out what is wrong.
