[~markbean] Thanks for filing this JIRA. I believe this is a duplicate of [1]. Are you able to test on current master to see if the behavior your seeing is still present?

> Key: NIFI-6478
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-6478
> Project: Apache NiFi
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Core UI
> Affects Versions: 1.9.2
> Reporter: Mark Bean
> Priority: Minor
>
> To reproduce, pull up Use list by selecting Global Menu > Users. Then, try to use the "Open in New Window" in the upper right. A dialog titled "Cluster Connection" appears. It states:
> "This node is currently not connected to the cluster. Any modifications to the data flow made here will not replicate across the cluster."
> Note: this occurs even in a stand-alone, non-clustered instance. (Behavior not verified in an actual cluster yet.)
