problem updating and committing to locus

I haven't been able to update and commit since the move over to locus.

When I update I get:

bash-2.02$ cvs update
Host 'xml.apache.org' added to the list of known hosts.
Password:
cvs server: Updating .
M STATUS
Password:
cvs server: Updating src
cvs server: failed to create lock directory in repository
`/home/cvs/xml-fop/src
': Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/home/cvs/xml-fop/src'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

Any ideas?
