Board Report

Hi all,

Once again, our board report is due. As always I have prepared the board
report in the Wiki for everyone to add, what they seem important (mostly
releases we have done recently....).

I will submit Wednesday, 9. December 2009, to board@. So there should be
enough time to add stuff ;-)
