Important! Mistake in cocoon.properties

I would do this myself, but I have no CVS access right now.

Just in case anyone does a release 1.8.1 while I'm away, please don't forget 
to fix this mistake I made when committing recently.

If no-one releases it (and I don't mind either way!), I'll propose a formal 
vote for 1.8.1 next week (because of the missing classes mistake that I made 
when building 1.8).

These lines need putting back into cocoon.properties - I was tinkering with 
memory issues:
