All the requestProcessors which had implemented interface RequestProcessor named xxxRequestProcessor, but CommitProcessor is an exception. we should rename CommitProcessor to CommitRequestProcessor for the naming uniformity.
 # also refactor the related documentations and javaDocs
 # against master, also the branch3.5 and branch3.6 for the uniformity
