应该是你未启用使用本地存储， 你是基本区域吗，如果是基本区域就在区域那儿设置启用本地存储。

应该是你使用了系统默认的磁盘方案，比如small,medium之类的，哪些都是share类型的存储方案。
你新建VM的时候可以不选磁盘方案，或者选一个local的磁盘方案。应该就没有问题了。
