Renaming modules/repositories

Well, maybe we're not ready to copy the 1.3 repository to
a new 2.0 one - but can we at least rename "apache" to
"apache-1.2" and "apachen" to "apache-1.3"?

How about doing this on Tuesday evening?

Aw shit, I dropped the ball on this one.

Tuesday through Thursday I'm out, and I'm presuming it requires someone
with root to make the changes since CVSROOT is only editable by root due to
our justified paranoid settings :) I can do this Tuesday morning. So,
folks, here's notice: commit your outstanding changes and in general get
ready for a renaming to happen Tuesday morning at 9am PST.
