两个实例之间访问

大家好：
我创建了一个基本网络，
在基本网络中新建了两个安全组，
每个安全组下面新建了一个VM，
两个安全组都设置了入口策略：
TCP1100000.0.0.0/0

ICMP-1-10.0.0.0/0
.
可是现在有一个小问题，两个VM之间不能相互访问，问一下，还需要做什么配置吗？
比如我在VM1上搭建了一个 iis，在VM2中可以访问vm1的 iis
