How to install admin portlet in RC3??

Hi all,

Where is source code for admin portlet in RC3?? how can i install it?　thanks in advance!

Terry,
The admin portlet application comes already installed into the rc3 and rc4 
binary and tools distributions of Pluto 1.0.1. These portlets will display 
when clicking on the portal's Admin link after Pluto is started.
