Test modules should always depend on the latest SNAPSHOT version to ensure that tests are executed against the current SNAPSHOT versions of the Interfaces. 

Modules that want to test against older versions need to depend on released version of the test modules

Affected modules:

    commons.test.*
    enhancer.test
    entityhub.test
