[jira] [Updated] (MINIFICPP-1030) TailFile processor's filename and statefile properties should be required

Arpad Boda updated MINIFICPP-1030:
----------------------------------
    Description:
The above properties should be required.

Moreover I would suggest to only print the name of the tailed file to "filename" attribute to make it easy to route/merge data based on source.

Currently the "chunk ID" is included as well, which might be useful in a different attribute, but in my opinion doesn't belong to this.

[~phrocker] what do you think?

was:The above attributes should be required.
