reproduce steps:
1)new a Calc file with some content
2)Click Main menu Tools->Protect Document, Protect Sheet with password
3)Click Main menu Tools->Protect Document, Protect Document with password
4)Save file with open and edit password
5)open this file
6)check Main menu Tools->Protect Document
7)Click Edit File button on toolbar
8)check Main menu Tools->Protect Document


defect:
In step 6,after open file, Protect Document is choosen, Protect Sheet is not
choosen.  These two need be choosen.

note:
In step 8, Protect Document and Sheet all are choosen.
