   Support to reset offset for DefaultLitePullConsumer.
   
   ### Motivation
   
   Sometimes, the users expect to be able to support resetting consumption locations when using DefaultLitePullConsumer.
   
   ### Describe the Solution You'd Like
   
   Support to reset offset for DefaultLitePullConsumer in realtime just like DefaultPushConsumer.
   
   ### Describe Alternatives You've Considered
   
   Stop the consumer, and start it after reset offset then. This is not a good resolution, because restarting online services is a time-consuming operation, causing long RTO.
   
   ### Additional Context
