[jira] Created: (XAP-26) Widgets: TextArea: Max length only trims text; doesn't limit it

Widgets: TextArea: Max length only trims text; doesn't limit it
---------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: XAP-26
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XAP-26
             Project: XAP
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Trevor Oldak

1) Create a text field with a decent chunk of content.
2) Set it's maxLength to some small number, say, 8.
The content getts cut down, but typing more into the field continues to add content to the field.
