   This is not airlfow nor docker compose problem. 
   
   This is a problem of your WSL2 configuration - possibly connected with the fact that you are running behind a VPN.  I think you find about 20/30 ideas to try to solve the issue that worked for different people  https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/issues/6404 - but when I just googled for it there were many other similar cases that you can try.
