More tests call portletConfig.getContainerRuntimeOptions:
* V2AddlPortletTests_SPEC2_6_RenderConfig_getContainerRuntimeOptions6
* V2AddlPortletTests_SPEC2_6_RenderConfig_getContainerRuntimeOptions8
This fix for these was tested against master:
