> A kadmin like tool is needed to support the KDC server. Initially only local mode is supported, in other words, the tool should only be run locally on the KDC server host, and in this case it can operate the identity backend directly as 'root' user without worrying about security concerns. At this time two basic operations are definitely needed, creating principal and exporting keytab file. We can implement the tool incrementally after that in the following.
