lot of segmentation faults on apache

dear apache users,

recently i get a lot of segmentation fault warnings in my error_log like
these:
[Mon Feb 18 09:46:48 2002] [notice] child pid 28329 exit signal
Segmentation fault (11)

would you by any chance know what could be the cause for this. is there
a way to find out what module created this segmentation fault?

i am running Apache/1.3.20 (Unix) mod_fastcgi/2.2.10 DAV/1.0.2
mod_throttle/3.1.2 PHP/4.1.1 mod_perl/1.25
on a RedHat 7.0 dual processor machine with 512 MB of memory.

thanks for any help,

mark rosa
