[PR] Backport #14976: Add Spark app name to env context for Spark v3.4, 3.5, 4.0 [iceberg]

   Backport of #14976 to Spark v3.4, 3.5, 4.0
   
   This PR adds Spark app name to EnvironmentContext. This helps consumers of commit metrics events filter based on app name without joining with YARN apps dataset.

   Yes @pvary, this is a clean backport. 
   
   I manually applied the changes from #14976 to Spark v3.4, 3.5, 4.0. 
   The changes are straightforward and identical across all versions.
   No manual adjustments or adaptations were needed.
