Steps to reproduce:
1)Proceed to *Step5 Configure Components *of Enable Name Node HA Wizard. 
2) Wait for all operations to finish. (info in popups is present)
3) Close browser. (FF)
4) Open Ambari in new browser instance. (or simply refresh the page)
5) info on all operations in popups is empty. (screen1 and sreen2)
Same true for step7 and step9.
