[jira] [Created] (JAMES-3866) ActiveMQ: memory leak in health check

ouvtam created JAMES-3866:
-----------------------------

Summary: ActiveMQ: memory leak in health check
                 Key: JAMES-3866
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-3866
             Project: James Server
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Queue, webadmin
    Affects Versions: 3.7.1, 3.7.3
            Reporter: ouvtam
             Fix For: 3.8.0

For documentation purposes this issue was created to let other James 3 (3.7.1 and above) users know about a memory leakage regarding ActiveMQ healthchecks.

In short, James 3.7.1/3.7.2 is affected if:
 * ActiveMQ is used as message broker / JMS queue
 * Healthchecks are performed (see conf/healthcheck.properties)

Workaround:
 * disabling recurrent healthcheck reports (webadmin + HTTP)

See discussion and fix (master):
